Welcome to the 2011-2012 School Year!


I hope your first day of school for you was a good one! The first few days of school can be quite overwhelming and tiring and I'm sure you are really looking forward to the weekend. We are already very busy getting to know each other and we've begun beginning of the year assessments. We have also taken some time to get organized which will help you be successful this year. We have a busy year ahead of us as we learn and grow together. I am very excited about this year and hope that you are, too!     Hello Students! I am glad some of you are starting to blog and I am enjoying reading your comments. I am excited to get this year underway and I've already seen some great effort from you in reading and writing. I'm looking forward to seeing our finished "Where are you From" poems because you are all working so hard on them. Maybe we will publish some of them on our blog...what do you think?

    I'm new here, but it's getting easier. I haven't made much friends. Maybe because I'm so shy.Mrs. Heim has helped me through it. She listens to everything I have to stay. I love being in her class. I love being here! MOSTLY everyone respects me. It's not always easy being a new girl or boy, but here it's EASY to make friends. There is many people here! CPH OUT! PEACE!

    Were almost half way through the school year and i love it! The first day of school was rough but after getting too know each other it wasent so bad after all! I love 6th grade GREEN TEAM!!!! :)
